Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally via postal service from Serbia to all countries worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched twice per month, following the completion of bulk production batches.​

Please note that your local Customs Authorities may apply import taxes, duties, or handling fees in accordance with your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the buyer.​

We also strongly recommend that you check your local import regulations, as certain countries may have restrictions or special requirements regarding the import of fencing and bladed equipment.

What is happening becaouse of the USA tariffs?

Due to recent tariffs imposed on shipments from Europe to the United States, we are currently only able to ship complete hilt sets to the U.S. via FedEx. This change affects how we send our swords, but from our experience with previous orders, there have been no additional charges beyond the stated shipping cost.

Please note that any U.S. Customs duties or fees remain the responsibility of the buyer, although so far these have not been applied to hilt set shipments.

How do I finish payment?

For PayPal payments, a small service fee applies to each transaction. This fee is included in the shipping costs, so you don’t need to calculate it separately. Bank transfers via IBAN are free of additional fees on our side, though your bank may charge its own transfer fee depending on your location and account type.

Payment is required in advance before production begins.

When do I pay?

All orders are paid in advance. Once the payment is received, we will confirm your order and provide an estimated production time of 3–5 weeks, depending on current workload and material availability.

When your order is finished, we will provide raw photographs of your sword(s), along with some comments. At this stage, we welcome any feedback or final comments from you.

Once everything has been approved, your order will be carefully prepared and shipped, and you will be notified when it is on its way.​​

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

As mentioned earlier, we ship all our products via the Serbia Postal Service. For every order, you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to monitor the package and check its delivery status online at any time.

Shipping is usually carried out twice a month, once bulk orders are completed, so please keep this schedule in mind when placing your order. While delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services, the tracking number ensures that you can follow your package every step of the way, giving you peace of mind and transparency throughout the shipping process.

What if my sword is damaged during shipping?

We really do our best to pack your order in a hard box so it doesn't get damaged during transport. But don't worry, if something happens during the transport our company will make a new order and ship it as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If you have any questions or doubts about our product don't hesitate to ask. We are also HEMA fencers and we also order equipment from other suppliers so we know how difficult it is to get a good impression from a few pics. We'll be patient for every question you have and this way we encourage you to ask.
